Home perched on top of ridge looking out to the Pacific Ocean, and surrounded by the Rainforest Preserve. Offering miles of trails thru the rainforest, and miles of beaches below, the house offers chance to connect with the beauty of nature all around. The home has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, and an office spare bedroom. Our screened in porch bedroom has a double and single bed. Our second bedroom off another porch has a double bed and two single beds. The master bedroom on the lower floor has a queen size bed, a bathroom with an outdoor shower, and direct access to the pool and patio. The kitchen is off the pool patio, with granite counters and custom made cabinetry. The kitchen is outfitted for small or large groups. There is also a second floor living room with a wet bar and porches overlooking the jungle. A short drive (or walk) along the perimeter road around the valley reserve areas below brings you to the sunset platform. Here 40 miles of coastline beaches, surfers, and occasional whales can be seen. The home has a caretaking family living very nearby that take care of many of your needs. They offer laundry service, guided hikes thru the reserve, and even cooked meals can be arranged. The home is off the beaten path, but still close to Dominical with many excellent restaurants, shopping, and surfing hotspots to enjoy.
