Apartment has a separate walk-in kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom. It has lovely exposed brick and is located on West End Ave in Manhattan which is a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Queen size bed and one small love-seat sofa that folds out into another bed. The apartment has A/C. Located in a very clean, safe and family oriented neighborhood. There are many great local cafes, Starbucks, and even a deli that will deliver anything 24/7 in the area. Riverside Park, which overlooks the Hudson River with many joggers, playgrounds and even an outdoor cafe on the water, is just one avenue away. The apartment is very close to the number 1/9 subway, only a 1 minute walk which makes it convenient to anywhere in the city. Only a 15-20 minute subway ride to Broadway shows or Times Square and a close ride to Central Park. The city possibilities are endless. The apartment is located on the second floor of a walk-up building-so not that many stairs to climb. My husband and I lived in this apartment for 8 years, and it was our favorite place in the city.
