This charming 3 Bedroom, 2 bath retreat is located on the golf course on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Blue Lake Springs! The expansive deck looks out onto the 14th fairway of Sequoia Woods country club (SWCC). Guests have access to SWCC. The SWCC clubhouse is a couple houses down the fairway and has a pool as well. On the 14th’s spacious deck is perfect for outdoor dining, entertaining and enjoying the private hot tub with a view from the deck. The HOA Snowflake lodge and recreation area is a 5 minute walk down the trail, (see below for details) This house includes Wi-Fi, cable TV, Jacuzzi, flatscreen TV, forced heating, woodstove fireplace, gas barbecue, washer dryer and dishwasher. The area is enjoyable in the warm season for outdoor activities and in the winter snow play and skiing is nearby at Bear Valley Ski Skate resort. Calaveras wine country has winetasting year around.
