We are a young family (Kids ages 1, 2, and 6) and our vacation home reflects this with all the amenities necessary for small children (crib, highchair, toys, etc.) with pirate decorated bedroom, fishies bedroom and mermaid bedroom. With 85 feet of lakefrontage which starts out very shallow and gradually deepens, again perfect for kids. We are in the heart of Indiana Amish country, 1/2 hr. from Shipshewana (Amish colony). Antique stores are in abdundance, plenty of canoeing and kayaking and the Saturday morning Amish farmers' market, just 5 miles away is terrific. Our house includes a washer/dryer, jacuzzi hot tub room, central A/C, satellite TV and internet; modern kitchen with dishwasher. Lots of parking and plenty of shabby chic Americana country charm. We are 45 mins. from Ft. Wayne, Indiana, 1 hr. from South Bend (Notre Dame) and far enough away from it all.
